Hmmm, I'm not sure. I switched them all off and we both saw no difference, she took the code and tried it on her site (it worked fine) and I think it was meanwhile that I then switched the plugins...

ok - have done that. Not sure if it's correct as I've never had to create a folder before. (techy -nightmare - I know). Here's how it looks and I've changed the permissions to 777.
