Font sizes/languages

Is there an add-on that will let you increase or decrease font size? a lot of websites will show a small A a medium A and a large A for different font sizes....plus I'll need to have my site...

image padding

is there a way to put padding around an image, so that any time you put an image in your post there is automatically 10 pixels to the right and 10 pixels below?

I have a huge listing of items that I don't want listed in the navigation....instead if they click on the A-C button, it will have a listing of all the items alphabetically from A-C and then click on...
