get permalink with html for both posts and pages?

Hello,

I customized permalink to /%category%/%postname%.html, so I get all posts in html.

But I also want all pages (not posts) end with html, like About Us, Privacy Policy etc.

admin bar is not showing after I log in and on the edited page/post

Hello,

I have clicked "Show Toolbar when viewing site", but my admin bar is not showing.

I would like the admin bar is showing, so I can edit posts/pages quickly.
