I found it in index.php It's written into the code for some reason. I was able to delete with no apparent complications.

http://www.winsorpilates.com/ seems to be embedded into the code of lifestye. It shows up as a purple box in the comments section of a blog post. How can I get rid of it?

How can I offer a visitor a pdf download?

I have a registration form as a pdf I'd like people to be able to download. How can I offer that from a page?

Can I have page with a "contact" hot link that will open a form that will allow a visitor to send me an email. Can I protect my email address from view or must I reveal the email address to visitors?
