What does "theme options" mean in theme features

Hi Support
I notice that under "theme features" for the various child themes, the term "theme options" usually appears.

Could you explain what "theme options" means?

I got rid of Akismet ages ago - fed up checking for caught spam comments two or three times a day.

Andy Bailey produced the Anti Spam bot plugin so it has a good pedigree.

The rounded corners make the theme look so much better.

The old version showed rounded corners in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer....
