Comments: How do I change the comments display so I don;t have to scroll all the way down to see the most recent comments. I guess I just want to show the most recent first

If possible I wanted to change it to be somewhat dynamic, and shorten my article names. I was also going to drop from my current 7 tabs to 4 or 5 to compensate for the tittle difference. I guess...
