Well... you deleted the "categories" tab in the main menu, so there is no means for your users to browse post categories which is where the thumbnails are displayed. See:

Ok... Took another look at your admin. You only have 1 video posted under "Main Reel" which is the category you had selected for your home page. As soon as you post some more videos in that category,...

They currently display in the order posted. You are very limited by WordPress as far as post order goes, but you could manually change the order by editing the post dates for each post.

Think you might need to adjust the privacy settings for your facebook videos. They all say "This Video has either been removed from Facebook or is not visible due to privacy settings".

I do all my design work in Fireworks PNG format, so I am not sure if that is going to do you much good. The font used for all RevTwo logos is called "Hypatia Sans Pro".
