aahhh....if only it was just a matter of installing Genesis and a Child Theme and then select the new theme. They have so much stuff all over their site, including shopping cart buttons.

Just a quick update: In the end, my best solution was just to change the page layout to Full page and do away with all the sidebar widgets. :-)
