New Error message when uploading photo

I was going along just fine and when I got to the 13 photo to upload for posting, I got the following error and this now comes up every time I try to upload by browsing from my computer.

What helped me was that I had to set up a "Featured" Category. This is where those posts need to go. That is how the code is set up. Hope that helps

How do you assign images to a post so that when it comes up under the featured category there is an image to go along with it?

Is there a way to change the right banner size? All the banners that I want to use are 160X600 as apposed to the 120X600 that is the default. Thanks so much!
