WP Username's been hacked

Is there a file in my FTP folders that I can change the login to my WP site. I've apparently been hacked, and am unable to login using the old username. Thanks so much for any assistance.

When i search on google, some sites come up with options rather than the traditional couple lines of information. Can anyone tell me if and how I might do this with our Genesis/childtheme options?...
