Putting borders on multiple images simultaneously

I have 130 images in the media library.

Creating borders for post images and centering

Trying to create a border around the post images to provide a contrast with dark backfground.

Tried using [gallery size ="medium"], but it it keeps lining up to the left.

Sugggestions?

Ok. So basically you can get sync plugins for Facebook and twitter, but I assume that that when creating a post, there is a setting for each plugin that automatically syncs with the same posting....
