Yeah, I think it is something that is left out of Rev Magazine v4. I didn't change my header size at all when configuring the theme, and there is no code in the original header for it either.

You are right, it is the Magazine theme, but it still had the month, day, date.

I want to replace the 468x60 ad with a 728x60 ad, but it justifies to the right too far and breaks past the header. How can I change that out in order to make a 728 size ad work?

I used the 468x60 banner space on the single page in other themes to post subscribe code from feedburner. I am missing this in the layout. Just thought I would throw out a feature request.
