All of my index.php files were changed and my hosting companies response was to install wp firewall 2 and nothing about changing all passwords ect. (which I did).

I would think the hacker would...

On the last three blogs I have created which use custom perma links, all the posts went to 404 for unknown reasons while working on the blog. I switched to default permalinks and they all came back...
