lost admin page

My normal admin page has changed to a kind of read out that offers admin choices at the bottom of the page all at once. I can't navigate this. Thanks.

I think the problem is in the lifestyle Option. It has two feature bottoms from where I added and then subtracted a second feature bottom.

That did it! Thank You. Now I need to get the articles to drop into their correct category. A few of them are not falling in line. Do I need to change the category ID number in those cases?

yes. the thumbnail works on the bottom feature but not the upper left feature. Don't have one in the right yet. But all feature, except the gallery which is working, show up in the three categories.
