I already got my reply in another forum. wordpress.org allows you to move your stuff to another server in another country. It is not database driven which would lock it to where it was originating...

If the site is powered by Word Press does that mean it is database driven? If that is the case then we can not move the site to our own website hosting company in Malaysia or Panama?
