Class Outlines

In coverting from html to Wordpress, most things have gone well. But I haven't figured out how to post an outline. I can link to a pdf or Word file, but I'd like to have it in the post itself.

Re: Updating to Pro Media 4.0 from v1.0

When I went to 2.7, I had no problems. It deactivated the plugins but they were still listed there. When I reactived them, most worked flawlessly. FCG needed a new version but I downloaded Jason's...

Larger type

I have a number of visually handicapped students. Do you know of a plugin that makes the text of a post larger or smaller? I saw this feature on a post from The Gaurdian (http://www.guardian.co.uk/)....

Re: Working with a Developer

If I were worried about giving someone access to my blog, couldn't I give them access to another blog, have them do the work there and then transfer the finished product to my blog?

Re: Working with a Developer

Craig, can you give your designed access to one blog (like a backup or offline blog) and then transfer the finished product to a new blog? Or is it better to start with a designer you trust?

Re: Child Page Links

In that case, it will have to wait until I have more time. :)

Child Page Links

I know how to make a label on the nav bar link to an external page. How do I do the same thing as a child page?

I want to be able to click on Resources and have some of the items be child pages...

Re: Problem uploading WP files to server

I have found that 2.6.1 is picky about having the admin and include folders deleted before putting new ones in. You might check that.

Re: Audio Players

UPDATE:
Exporting the posts was a big help. No perfect (ended up with some duplicated) but worked quite well. I moved it all to a new blog but the pages and categories were all different. So all of...

Re: Audio Players

Things have gone from bad to badder. Everthing is still there but Dashboard is screwed up.

When writing a post, it shows the four media buttons but not the second row (or the buttom for the second...

Re: Audio Players

I removed the folder, and everything came up fine. I tried several other combinations, and still got a fatal error. I removed all of the other plugins too, except Akismet, breadcrumbs, and FCG. Still...

Re: Audio Players

Yeah, the files are still there. It's not really that big of deal (particularly since I do make backups). It's just a reminder that the creative process requires patience and hard work. :)

Re: Audio Players

I can't get into the site. Even by going thru my hosting service, there's no way in. When it crashed, it didn't do it half way. :)

Re: Audio Players

It worked great, then it died and took my whole site with it. Of course it could have been coincidence but either way it's weird. Instead of the login page for WordPress, here is what the page says:...

Re: Multiple Video Players

Thanks, Craig. That's what happens when you do things fast. Design is all about details. :)

Instead of see the first shot of the video, all I see (both in IE and Firefox) is the words Player 7,...

Multiple Video Players

I had all the videos working wonderfully but now it doesn't show the video. It shows two lines:
Player 7
Player 8

Clicking either one will play the video but now quite the look I was going for....
