Where is the code to change color, size, text size and box size of the sidebar title blocks and also the post title blocks? i.e. category, admin, archives, etc?

It would just be an image on the home page that would be a clickable image (go to another page). I'd also like to place an anchor text link in the image.

Optin and Affiliate Images
