I think one of your images might not have the right URL. This has happened to me before too and it was a quick fix. If your FCG wasn't working correctly, it would be blank white screen.

Yes, but the images no longer show up if you are looking at posts by category. In 3.0, images, regardless of whether you have custom fields in them show up in category pages.

Nope. According to the template hierarchy (http://codex.wordpress.org/File:Template_Hierarchy.png), WordPress uses index.php if single.php is missing.

Lifestyle 3.0 has a page.php file, but I think you are looking for page_blog.php.

The h# in content still doesn't make much sense to me. I tried to change the font size in body { section in the css form, but not only did I increase the title, but the body of the post as well.

Wait a minute, I don't see anything relating to font type or size for h3 in home.php, and the h3 in the css file is for the title bars.

I currently have theme tester activated as I don't want to disturb my blog while Lifestyle is being tweaked. Anyway, I've noticed that some posts in one of the categories displayed on the homepage...
