ah i see, that seems to make sense.

With the info above, i have just gone through my lifestyle edited theme and changed the sidebar h1 tags to h4 tags. Expecting to get to number one now on...

I think the idea is that the "blog name" in the sub pages isnt h1, but will have an h1 tag, most likely in the post title or page title
