Please unlock forum
Well I like the product, I have to say this is hard site to navigate. I purchased your product did the upgrade and still no access to the tutorials. After numerous times trying to sign in I finally realized that you can't copy and paste the passwords to sign in. There is no obivious place other than the forum to contact the support staff. After 15 to 20 mins this really got annoying looking for the appropriate place to get help. So it has brought to the forum to get help on this issue, please unlock the forum so I can gain access to the forums, thank you, and yes I have done the upgrade, try to do it twice because after the first time I did it still no access, second time says it is already uploaded.
