Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this. The email should have been sent pretty much right after purchase. It goes to the email used to make the purchase. Some of our users forget to check that account. Spam filters will sometimes catch the email, so please check your spam folder. There are a few email services such as hotmail that will not deliver the message unless you whitelist the mailing domain so please make sure copyblogger.com is whitelisted with your service.

If this doesn't help please use the contact form so we can find your purchase and sent the link to your email address.

On a happier note, we are finishing up changes for our new system which will make problems such as this a thing of the past. I know it doesn't help you right now, but I did want you to know this is an issue that is really important to us. So much that fixing it is a key issue in the new support system we are bringing along the forums.
