Thanks for the very detailed information Nick. We have all come to expect a lot from Studiopress because you've always given so much.
Is there no way that you could keep these forums somewhere on the server for longer? I know you said you were building a knowledgebase from them, but i imagine that is a pretty mammoth task and some posts may be useful without you realising it and hence disappear without trace (eg: if they contain a link to something that someone found very useful, or if a post gave someone a lightbulb moment)
Whatever happens, i'm pretty sure you have the best intentions... I will continue to look forward to the new system with a mixture of excitement and fear.
