The "ghost town" forums will eventually work. They are filling in quickly and we are pushing for more community from the start.
In fact, in the past couple of days there have been over 50 new threads and about 300 posts. This is actually only a little behind these forums and with actual support moved out of the forum this means there has been more community involvement than the past couple of years in these forums on average.
If you will stop seeing the pain of change you will see this is going incredibly well for a new system.
