Default Plugin to hide post info/byline per category

Hi all,

I've developed my first plugin for Genesis (and first Wordpress one) and hoping you'd give me some feedback on it. It allows you to hide the post info (author and date information) for certain categories, but leave the others intact.

My wife (who's account this is) had a client who wanted the post info to display on normal blog posts, but didn't want them on portfolio pages for a wedding site, which are meant to look more professional and not look like a blog.

So my plugin gives you a checkbox on the Category edit page within wp admin to hide the post info for posts within that category. It's based on the How To Customize The Post Info Function Studiopress tutorial.

Doesn't work for multisite yet.

Please have a look and I'd love some feedback on whether it's useful and suggestions for improvement. Category Post Info Control

regards,

Dirk

As it turns out, you just have to activate it on each individual site and not use the "Network Activate" then it works fine on multisite:)
