Default Post customization

Hello,

I currently use Genesis and the Enterprise Child Theme. My question has to do with the best way to handle post customization, in particular ads, pictures, and videos. Let me explain a little bit more about what I want to do. See the example page:
Example - http://www.fittingreviews.com/perfec...roduct-review/

I would like to move the Amazon Ad at the top of the page to the right side (I can move it, but it always resets to left when I go between HTML and visual editor). Then I would like the 9 star image to be below it on the right side and text to wrap on the left side of the images. This is where the problem comes in and there are some major formatting errors. What is the best way to do handle this? Do I make a custom post template, use custom fields, use genesis built in functions, a table, css functions?

Similarly, I would like to put videos in a frame and center the video.. I would assume this would be a very similar function as the previous issue. And then I would also like to center the intext google adsense ad, without using inline CSS.

What option do you think is the best for long-term site use? Especially if I wanted to make global changes down the line.

thank you,

Matt
