Cannot download Eleven40 theme
Hi there,
I bought the all current and future Studiopress themes some time ago and would like to download Eleven40. I cannot find it in the list though. Could you please advise? Thank you! |

I'm not seeing your account listed as Pro Plus under your username.
We do have a downloads forum for pro plus members. Can you give me some more information so I can hunt odwn the transaction and bump up the account?

does this help? I copied the URL into Evernote when I bought it but haven't downloaded anything new since. Would be great if you let me know how I can access this and future new themes... Thanks! Best Henning |

I found everything I needed, confirmed the purchase and updated the forum account manually. :)
