Default New Theme Download
We bought the entire theme package a few years ago and I'm looking to download a new one but it doesn't give me the option to download the theme, It makes me go through the process of buying it even though we bought the entire theme package a few years ago. What am i doing wrong?

As a Pro Plus member, you have access to all the theme downloads here:

It sounds like you were on the sales page looking for a download link.
