How do I set p WP so I can see the content of Home Widgets?

Default How do I set p WP so I can see the content of Home Widgets?
I am creating a second site. In the previous site, I selected front page displays a static page and selected the page in a drop down box.

I would like to use the home page widgets, side bars & content. I've added to them, but don't know how to view the page it makes.

This is a wordpress set up issue that is not unique to a particular theme. I have never used any home widgets and don't know how to make the widgeted created "page" appear as the home page.

It depends on which theme you are using. Please post in the theme's forum.
