Hi , first post here
Hope you can help with a few questions before i buy this framework. I'm not able to find info on exactly how to use / install font based icon sets in wordpress using genesis , i've used premium themes before and mostly all have some built in shortcodes to display icons with changeable colors , does anyone have a link that would explain how to implement them ? any plugins that would help with shortcode creation ? final question , if i build a site using geneisis and move it over to it's live server , does ALL of the framework have to be installed on the site ie all the admin side stuff or is it just the child stuff? sorry for the dumb questions |

1) To load fonts ie...Google fonts go here
2) Shortcodes plugins go here 3) Is WordPress already installed or will you install it manually via FTP?

So, all the files are copied over. All the theme customizations are in the wp-content folder. It is the same setup as on your dev server, The Genesis core files installed (not activated), and the child theme installed and activated.
I will throw this in...I do not know your expertise... 1) Import database tables to new database on the live site. You will need to update the URL's in your new database. 2) Configure/change the wp-config.php file for the live database.
