Exclamation How to Re-download my purchased themes?

Hi,

I purchased the Eleven40 child theme along with the Genisis framework that was included with it. I had to reprogram my website because my host messed up, and I lost my theme downloads. Im trying to find an area that will let me re download them, but I cant find one. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

Find the original email from your purchase with the Download link in it - you can download all of them again.

... and if you no longer have access to that link, you can contact StudioPress here.

Thanks for the advice, I just used to form to contact them. I can't find the email so hopefully they will get back to me soon!

Oh my God. The new member login update will be good. I have been searching and searching for the download link for apparition because I purchased the Pro package ages ago and don't have it previously downloaded. In conjunction, every search for apparition brings me to threads where people ask and there are no answers. I guess I will just have to find another free hour in 2 weeks time to use the apparition theme. Come on guys.
