Default browser caching question

Hello,

I was reading an article about how to speed up Wordpress sites (http://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/i...ordpress-site/) and one of the recommendations I received was to speed up my browser caching. One site suggested I set an expiration of one week, and Google says one month (https://developers.google.com/speed/.../caching?hl=sv).

Does anyone know how to do this?

When I ran a test of my site on http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ it said I had a lot of items that should be cached. My site is www.itslearningtime.com.

I don't know much HTML or coding, so instructions are appreciated!

Thanks,
Kaitlyn

USe the W3 Total Cache plugin. It makes it much easier to setup these things.

I noticed W3 Total Cache has not been updated since WordPress 3.2.1. What is up with that?

It hasn't broken with later updates and they haven't added new features since this.
