I've tried to follow the instructions for getting the template to recognize my favicon.ico but it still just keeps displaying the Streamline "S"
What's the trick? Thanks, Jeff

sometimes it can take a while to clear through your cache. Try deleting favicon.ico altogether, then uploading the new one.
Sometimes I get a 'sticky' one that won't change, for some reason known only to internet gremlins, then I just use any of the many favicon plugins and that's usually successful. |

Hmmm... Thanks Rebecca, but l I've tried that a few times now and still nada from a couple different machines/browsers.
Any more suggestions surely welcome! Here's the site in question: http://PixelPainter.com Thanks, Jeff

Hi Rebecca - I did finally find one that wasn't just a regurgitation of the "simple steps to installing your favicon" - but was a simple plugin that just plain worked immediately (WP Favicon)
Thanks for the suggestion! Jeff

you're welcome - I don't know why it takes that to force it sometimes, but hey....as long as it works
