How to List a Role

It is fairly straightforward to list the "full name" of Authors on a blog using plugins or php in a widget. Some widgets also let you exclude the administrstor from a list.

I'm looking for a way to list other roles, like Editor or Contributor.

Any ideas on how to list the Full Name of all users with the Editor role (only) using a php widget?
