Question Help! Possibly got Hacked?

Hi. I need urgent help. I trust and look forward to your responses.

Please see http://kenmackay.com

Under the categories(recommendations, blogging, affiliate marketing) you can see that every summary of entry has "pay per click advertising" before the actual content. This is really confusing and scary. They are not links but they are annoying and could possibly be a start of something.

If you have any thoughts on my situation please do share.

Thank you so much.

This is in the source. Look familiar?

This is a client website and I don't know what he was doing to it. I was investigating the blog my self and was currently studying the source code and I also found that part. I checked and he does have that plugin installed. That is probably the reason. I will deactivate it and see how it goes.

Thank you for your time and help! :)
