Where To Make Edit For Width of "Reader Comments" Box?

Default Where To Make Edit For Width of "Reader Comments" Box?
Sometimes after it's been a while, I forget where I originally customized things...

It seems somehow the width of my "Reader Comments" box is narrower than it was before. Where are the settings to adjust the width?
