I really like it! The colors are soothing and a nice difference from the usual blue/white/grey that seems to color a lot of medical-type sites.

It looks professional and clean.

I really like the "how can we help you" drop-down! That is a very good call to action in that it is eye-catching (to me) and encourages further interaction with the site.
