I have a client who is not a broker, and her MLS only allows brokers to get IDX service (I normally use IDXBroker.com). The client came across Realbird.com and wanted to use it on her site. It seems like a good solution for someone that doesn't have a lot of other good options.
Anyone familiar with Realbird.com and its effectiveness? Also, any complications with Wordpress? |

It appears no one here has used it. I'm unfamiliar with it.

Yeah I couldn't find much useful info about it from people I would trust. I was able to look at the comments on their Facebook page and Activerain blog to find some other realtors with sites utilizing the service that I could look over.

It is not as good as an IDX feed, but it is a good value for the price.
Realbird does a lot of stuff other than its wordpress plug-in. The wordpress plug-in requires the use of geopress and its a bit of a hog. I use it on my mini network of wordpress sites and it works fine. |
