Default pay pal plugins
I am using the Streamline Child Theme and the WordPress version 3.1.2. The link to my website is, www.wishfulthreads.com
is there a plugin to sell products with quantity control?

i have gotten cart66 to run. but when i click check out it says,

PayPal Express Checkout Is Not Configured

In order to use PayPal Express Checkout you must enter your PayPal API username, password and signature in the Cart66 Settings Panel

what is paypal API username? where would i find that?
