How To Insert Small Ads?

Hello,

If you were to look at the following theme - http://wpjunction.com/themes/bidzine/, you'll notice that it has 4 small ads (Pixeled Solutions) on the right hand side.

My question is, how do I do the same for my Church Theme on my site - www.1magemagazine.com? Can someone guide me here?
