I did the new WP updates.
It seems that all apostrophes, quotation marks, and em-dashes in my early posts (but NOT in the headlines) have been replaced by strange symbols. For example... In the early 1900’s the first... Anybody know of a fix (going through all the posts would be a pain!)? |

Its a database character encoding issue. You'll have to check in the WordPress.org forums.
(my own personal blog - more than 10 years old, has the same issue.)
