Default Video tutorials plugin - anyone use Video User Manuals?

Not sure where to post this but - is anyone familiar with http://www.videousermanuals.com ? They provide video tutorials which appear in client Dashboard. Like the idea of providing tutorials within the Dashboard, especially not having to worry about the hosting.

I have not used their video service, they were recently part of a big controversy, I'd say they were on the better end of things and were wronged, not going to get into that.

The point is that I read up a good deal on what they provide and it does seem pretty good. There are similar videos available but only a few services that put them into the dashboard. I wish that it provided "tool tip" type links to teh videos on the various screens, but maybe that will be added in the future.

They have a demo so you can see teh videos and how it all works.
