That isn't a Genesis child theme. Doesn't even appear to be WordPress.

hmm... I looked up the css file from their index page and got this:

If it is a Genesis theme it has been customized well beyond anything I've ever seen. It is calling the style sheet differently, the html structure is all wrong too. Even the body classes aren't being output normally. If you want to contact the site owner you may be able to find out what they started with, but the markup is so far from what it should be, I imagine that it wasn't edited correctly.
