Default Form Issues with MM Forms and Contact Form 7

Trying to get the MM Forms plugin to work with the Corporate Studiopress theme. Previously tried to use Contact Form 7, but after trying the fixes I read on the forums (deacvating all other plugins, re-installing...) I gave up and installed MM Forms. Now, I'm having the same exact problems with MM Forms as I had with Contact Form 7. Beginning to think it is something I did and not a conflict.

These are the two problems I'm having...
When I add the code to a widget I get the continuous spinning arrows.
When I add the code to a page I get "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact administrator by other way."

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Paul

Paul,

Does the plugin author's site have any suggestions?

We had problems with Contact Form 7 also. We are using Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form. Check your settings to make sure everything is configured properly. I had an issue with that when the page was not published, and the page id URL changed.
