Changing Nav Bar Color

Hi,

The grey colour is part of the bg.png background image. You would need to edit the image or make a new one.

For links, look for <a> selectors in style.css. There are several selctors, so the one you need depends on which element you want to change (post titles, body links, other headings etc)
