Sorry. For some reason something didn't click the day I read your post. First, you will need to set up a special category page for just this category. Craig Tuller wrote a post in the StudioPress blog about this: How To Create A WordPress Category-Specific Template.

Then you just delete everything except the post title. If you delete too much put some back.
