I would imagine that the average person is using IE. Most people just use what comes with their computer. Its kinda like when a client tells me they have Photoshop but they really have that free version that came with their camera. And they don't know/care about the difference.

But that's all besides the point. Since the design looks fine in IE7, I'll just leave the CSS alone. I am a little worried about those old IE6 people though.
