In order to use our Themes you must have a self-hosted WordPress site. Our Themes can NOT be used on your site if it is hosted on WordPress.COM.

There is a difference between WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. The {dot}ORG is for sites that are self-hosted via a 3rd party Hosting service versus {dot}COM which is WordPress' blog platform service. Note that both are owned by the same company: Automattic.
