Ok. So auto didn't work but this does:

Code:

.voice embed, .voice object {
    height: 100px !important;
    margin: 0px; 
    padding: 0px;
    }

And then add this to override the padding from sidebar p

Code:

.voice p {
 margin: 0px;
padding: 0px !important;
}
