Looks like there's a memory issue. When I view the image through your source for the broken thumbnails, here's what I get: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 31457280 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3888 bytes) in D:\Hosting\5825842\html\wp-content\themes\agentpress_1.02\tools\timthumb.php on line 308
Not 100% sure on this, but it's probably a host issue. I've got a fix for this kind of thing here: http://www.agentpress.com/support/showthread.php?t=438
