Paged content where page 2 and up to look different from page 1, will probably require a small amount of PHP programming and/or custom page templates. It depends on how much different the pages will be.

In the WordPress Loop query, there is a field for the page number named "page". By checking it's value and determining which theme template file is being called it may be possible direct WordPress to use a different page template without sidebars and different markup.

I doubt there is a WordPress Plugin to do this. Though it couldn't hurt to look.

I would judge this a pretty advanced customization.
